A salsa lovers dream! With over 10 varieties of peppers and 40 varieties of tomatoes available, all selected especially for Santa Barbara’s climate. Learn the best strategies for growing, as well as how to select the variety best for your space and taste preferences. Oscar Carmona will be teaching a workshop on best home gardening practices for tomatoes and peppers in Santa Barbara.

Island Feed and Seed will also be there bringing several of their own favorite varieties of pepper and tomato plants.

A portion of proceeds will benefit Education programs at Fairview Gardens Center for Urban Agriculture. Programs offered at Fairview Gardens include apprenticeships, summer and after school programs.
